This package is for couples who have planned their entire wedding but just need support to make sure the day runs smoothly. I step in one month before your wedding, starting with a strategy meeting at the time of booking, followed by a planning session a month out and full coordination of your one-hour rehearsal. I will confirm your vendors, create a floor plan, build and manage your timeline, assist your photographer and DJ, and act as the main point of contact for vendors and family. I also oversee basic décor setup, ceremony and reception flow, and handle any unexpected issues that may arise. On your wedding day, I am present for up to 10 hours to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. A 20 percent non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date, with the balance due one month before the wedding.

This is my most popular package and is perfect for couples who know where they want to get married and already have a vision of their day. Maybe you have Pinterest boards or ideas saved, but you need help bringing it all together. We begin working together six months before your wedding. You’ll have unlimited communication with me, monthly check-ins, and a personalized planning checklist to keep things on track. I will help you find and manage vendors, assist with budgeting, create your wedding timeline and floor plan, and coordinate your rehearsal. I will also oversee décor setup and the flow of both the ceremony and reception. On the wedding day, I am there for up to 10 hours to make sure everything runs smoothly. A 20 percent non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is split into two payments, with half due four months before and the final payment due one month before the wedding.

This package is designed for couples who want a completely stress-free planning experience. If you work a demanding job, have limited time to plan, or simply want someone to handle everything, I’ve got you covered. We begin working together 12 months before your wedding. I will help you with design ideas, attend up to five venue tours, and take care of all vendor communication. You’ll receive unlimited communication, monthly planning check-ins, and full support with budget planning. I also provide a personalized wedding checklist, attend vendor meetings, help with styling and layout, and assist with every detail leading up to the big day. I will create a floor plan, timeline, and custom welcome sign, and take care of décor setup and rehearsal coordination. On the wedding day, I am there for up to 10 hours to ensure everything runs exactly as planned. A 20 percent non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. The balance is split into two payments, with half due six months before and the final payment due one month before the wedding.
